If you're unsure whether you need Pro, you don't yet. The moment the one-at-a-time download queue actually annoys you, or you want a private adaptation for testers, that's the signal.

Plans live in one place: open Upgrade (from the Subscription page or the sidebar) to compare them side by side and start with a free trial. Pick Pro or Studio, confirm payment, and the features unlock immediately; no restart, no waiting. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported.

Managing your plan
The Subscription page opens with one card that answers the whole question: which plan you're on, what state it's in, when it renews, and how much of what it gives you is left. Canceling and changing plans happens right here too, no email to support needed.

| Free trial | You're trying a paid plan; billing hasn't started. You'll be reminded before the first charge. |
| Active | Your plan is paid and current. The next billing date is shown beside it. |
| Payment failed | A charge didn't go through (expired card, usually). Update your payment details and the plan continues; nothing is lost immediately. |
| Canceled | You've canceled. You keep every paid feature until the period you already paid for ends, then drop to Free automatically. |
Add-ons, without a plan
Three things are sold on their own, and they work on the free tier too: collaborator seats (one more person on every translation you own), cloud storage for builds, audio and sync data, and AI credits, which are what AI translation spends. Each is billed on its own monthly cycle, so you can buy a seat for a co-translator without ever taking a plan.

Payment history
Every charge on the account is listed newest first, with a receipt behind each one. Add-ons and credit top-ups sit next to plan charges, because that's how they land on your card statement: if you're trying to place an amount you don't recognize, this is where it is.
Dropping to Free never deletes anything. Your queue simply runs one item at a time again, and private adaptations stay private but can't be updated until you re-upgrade or make them public. Your work is yours regardless of plan; see Accounts, plans & your data.
