Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for a paid Tranzio subscription. The Service is operated by Tranzio LLC, a limited liability company registered in the country of Georgia (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy applies in addition to, and forms part of, our Terms of Service, and should be read together with them. Capitalized terms used here have the meaning given to them in the Terms.

1. The Free Version

The Free plan of Tranzio is free to use. Because there is no charge for it, there is nothing to refund for the Free plan. Separately, downloading any translation is always free and creators can never charge for a translation, so there is never a fee to refund for downloading or applying shared localization content. This policy therefore applies only to paid subscriptions.

2. 14-Day Refund on Paid Plans

Tranzio offers paid subscriptions (currently the Pro and Studio plans). The plans available, the features included in each, and their prices are described on our website and may change over time. If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase of that paid subscription. To request a refund, email us at support@tranzio.studio, open a new refund ticket in the Tranzio app's support (ticket) section, or contact our payment provider, Creem; we will then refund your payment.

3. Subscription Renewals

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or annual, as selected — at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time, on your own, to stop future renewals — in the Tranzio app, open the subscription (Upgrade) page and select “Manage subscription & payment method” to reach the customer portal, provided by Creem, where you can cancel without emailing or otherwise contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access to your paid plan until then. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. However, if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us at support@tranzio.studio within 14 days of that charge and we will review your request.

Free trials. If your plan included a 14-day free trial, you can cancel any time before it ends and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged the then-current price; the 14-day refund window in section 2 then applies to that first charge.

4. How Refunds Are Issued

Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases of paid Tranzio plans. This means that Creem handles the transaction, billing, and applicable taxes. Approved refunds are returned by Creem to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Exceptions

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse of this policy or of fraud. Nothing in this policy limits or removes any mandatory refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence; where those laws give you stronger rights, those rights continue to apply.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Please review this page periodically so that you are aware of the terms that apply to your purchases.
